All cars must be road legal and absolutely road-legal for the countries in which the event takes place, therefore they must have a valid car insurance, number plate and a valid MOT certificate. All documents will be inspected during scrutineering.
ENTRY FEE FOR ONE CAR WITH A 2 PERSONS, WHICH INCLUDES:
5 nights accommodation during the event
Daily breakfast, lunch, coffee halts, evening meals and a cocktail
Welcome cocktail evening
Gala evening, cocktails and dinner
Dedicated 24/7 team providing in-country support and guidance
Event roadbook, maps and guidance
Mechanical and medical support
Rally plates

A non-refundable deposit of £1,000 is required to secure your crew’s place on the Challenge. This deposit is part payment for the booking and the balance must be paid no later than 120 days before the departure date. Please note if we do not receive all payments due (including any surcharge where applicable) in full and on time, we are entitled to assume that you wish to cancel your booking. In this case, the cancellation charges set out in section 7 of the Booking Terms will become payable.
Once we have received the applicable payment(s), we will, subject to availability of the requested arrangements, send you an invoice. We reserve the right to return your deposit and decline to issue a booking confirmation at our absolute discretion.
It is at the point when we issue this to you that a valid contract will come into existence between us. Please check your confirmation/invoice/documents carefully as soon as you receive them and contact us immediately if you think any details are incorrect. We regret we cannot accept any liability if we are not notified of any inaccuracies (for which we are responsible) in any document within five days of our sending it out. We will do our best to rectify any mistake notified to us outside these time limits, but you must meet any costs involved in doing so.

CONSENT & RELEASE (IMAGES & RECORDINGS)
I hereby authorise Regularity to use any images and visual or recordings made during the Palace to Palace Challenge for further events or related advertisement anywhere in the world without monetary compensation. I shall have no right of approval and hereby waive any claim against Regularity in relation to any use of the above images and / or recordings. I have the full right and authority to grant the rights hereunder which are not subject to exclusivity rights and do not in any way conflict with any existing commitment on my part.
DECLARARTION OF LIABILITY
I accept that the Palace to Palace Challenge can be dangerous and uses roads that involve risk. I agree to be bound by the official regulations and any supplementary regulations of the Palace to Palace Challenge. On any roads used by the organisers, I declare that I have in place insurance which covers me, my vehicle and passengers and absolve the organisers, promoters and representatives from any liability in this connection. I declare that I do not suffer from any disability which is likely to affect prejudicially the control of my vehicle given the nature of the event and the route.
I understand that entry to the Palace to Palace Challenge is by invitation only and that the organisers reserve the right to withdraw or retract my invitation at any time and refund all entry fees paid. I accept that motorsport can be dangerous. I understand should the Palace to Palace Challenge be cancelled through Force Majeure or any other reason beyond the organisers’ control, all fees will be refunded less your initial non-refundable deposit. I declare that the information given in this invitation to enter the Palace to Palace Challenge is correct and verified by me. As the first named driver and entrant on this form, I accept that the contract entered into for a place on this event is my responsibility.
The Palace to Palace will be held entirely on public roads with no closed sections. Therefore the driving has to adhere to the road legislation for speed and behaviour for each country the event visits. The organiser will sporadically complete speed checks and anyone found to be driving dangerously outside of the official speed limit will be immediately excluded from the event. I undertake to respect the traffic rules of each country and jurisdiction we visit and in particular the speed limits.
The rally plates and self-adhesive door numbers must be placed as requested when the car is presented for scrutineering. There will be organising team members around to help or place them for you. These team members as well as the organiser are not liable for any damage caused by these operations. The owner of the car is requested to supervise their work and to indicate to the crew if he thinks these actions could damage the car or its paint work. Or to let the marshall know clearly that that no help is required.
